We are a locally owned and operated company centrally based in Elkhart, IN. We are licensed, Insured, and Bonded. Rest assured, we are professionals in all aspects of the services we provide.
Home Watch Services Provides: A 24 point inspection of your property weekly and a detailed report of your property after each inspection. We monitor for leaks, toilet, sinks, plumbing, showers, all appliances, landscapers, pool maintenance, and pest control. We check the exterior property, pool, and sprinkler system. Concierge Services inspects for weather damage, doors, windows, and lighting, We will run water in the sinks (to keep lines open and fresh), flush toilets (keep from getting water rings), water plants, and check mail (forward as needed.)
Monthly we run the dishwasher, dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, and kitchen.
Yard maintenance includes pulling weeds and mowing.
