Our motto is "if we can't pronounce it you won't be eating it".
That statement explains alot about our simplicity of baking and growing produce. We learned valuable lessons from our parents and grandparents on a simplier way of living. Today we incorporate those into our baked goods and our growing methods in the garden.
We buy a good percentage of our raw materials from local/organic folks - then we branch out to regional/organic, etc. We believe that to truly create a "Local" movement one needs to buy goods & services from each other, just as our parents & grandparents did.
We love creating or growing food that people eat and then have an absolute party in their mouth. Food should be enjoyed and savoured.
